Troy King, Please take
action to enforce Alabama Laws
Read the below from a news conference at the steps of the Alabama
Statehouse in Montgomery challenging Alabama Troy King to live up to his
responsibilities and do the job.
We're here today (February 23) to call attention to Attorney General
Troy King's failure to enforce Alabama Child Abuse Laws and to expose the
cover up by the abortion clinics of over 200 cases of child rape each year
in which some of them as young as 12 years of age endure the tragedy of
not only being raped, but who face the pain of killing their unborn
children. The abortion clinics are required by Alabama law to report all
suspected cases of child abuse, but as our 7 recorded telephone
conversations with abortion clinics in Alabama confirmed, all of them told
the caller, who posed as a 13 year old girl impregnated by a 22 year old
man, that they do not report their suspected sexual abuse to anyone. Rape
of underage young girls is child abuse in its most hideous form.
All this while Attorney General Troy King does nothing about it,
certainly none of the things he told me he would do in our meeting nearly
a year ago. Other state attorney generals such as those in Kansas, Indiana
and Ohio are doing something about this disaster, taking on the abortion
industry in their states. The people of Alabama deserve an Attorney
General who will show some backbone, get off his rear end and go after the
abortion clinics and the child predators they protect, with a vengeance??
Troy King may not be pro-abortion, but he is definitely NOT pro-life.....

Troy King was challenged a year ago to step up to the plate and not
let Alabama Abortion Clinics off the hook. Young innocent Alabama girls
deserve the protection of the laws. Read the article at:

NEWS RELEASE:
FAILURE OF ATTORNEY GENERAL TROY KING TO ENFORCE CHILD ABUSE LAWS
CONCERNING THE RAPE OF UNDERAGE YOUNG GIRLS IN ALABAMA
ALABAMA ALLIANCE AGAINST ABORTION
FEBRUARY 21, 2006
THE ALABAMA ALLIANCE AGAINST ABORTION WILL HOLD A NEWS CONFERENCE ON
THE STEPS OF THE ALABAMA STATE HOUSE AT THE CAPITOL IN MONTGOMERY ON
THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 23RD AT 11:00AM TO EXPOSE THE NEGLIGENCE OF ATTORNEY
GENERAL TROY KING IN NOT FORCING ALABAMA ABORTION CLINICS TO REPORT TO LAW
ENFORCEMENT ALL SUSPECTED CASES OF CHILD ABUSE (PREGNANCY OF UNDERAGE
GIRLS) AS REQUIRED BY ALABAMA LAW.
ALABAMA CHILD ABUSE LAWS (AS WELL AS THOSE OF ALL 50 STATES) REQUIRE
ALL MEDICAL CLINICS TO REPORT SUSPECTED CHILD ABUSE TO LAW ENFORCEMENT
AUTHORITIES. THE PREGNANCY OF A CHILD IS SUSPECTED CHILD ABUSE.
AN AUTHORITATIVE STUDY BY LIFE DYNAMICS OF DENTON TEXAS CONFIRMS
STATISTICALLY THAT MOST UNDERAGE PREGNANCIES ARE THE RESULT OF RAPE BY
ADULT MEN. THIS STUDY ALSO CONFIRMS STATISTICALLY THAT THE VAST MAJORITY
OF ABORTION CLINICS WILLFULLY VIOLATE THE LAW BY NOT REPORTING THE
SUSPECTED RAPE OF UNDER AGE GIRLS TO LAW ENFORCEMENT AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
RECORDED TELEPHONE CONVERSATIONS WITH ALABAMA ABORTION CLINICS BY A
FEMALE CALLER ASSERTING THAT SHE IS 13 YEARS OLD, MADE PREGNANT BY A 22
YEAR OLD MAN CONFIRM THAT ALABAMA ABORTION CLINICS REGULARLY VIOLATE THE
ALABAMA LAW REQUIRING THEM TO REPORT ALL SUSPECTED CASES OF CHILD ABUSE,
IN THIS CASE, SECOND DEGREE RAPE TO LAW ENFORCEMENT. TROY KING IS DOING
NOTHING ABOUT IT.
ONE OR MORE OF THESE RECORDED CONVERSATIONS WILL BE PLAYED ON A CD
PLAYER FOR THE PRESS AT THE PRESS CONFERENCE WITH CD COPIES OF THESE
RECORDINGS GIVEN TO THE PRESS.

Bob Riley and Tax Increases. Alabama voters soundly defeated the
Billion Dollar Bob Tax Plan. Bob Riley, through the back door, issued an
executive order requiring an annual appraisal of property taxes, and
handed you an annual massive tax increase. In 2005, Mobile had a 14.5%
increase and Montgomery had a 16.8% increase in property values. In 2005,
your home may have been closer to the national average of 13.6 percent
increase of median house values.

Many Alabama counties have gone from a ten year to a four year
annual reappraisal, and now to an annual reappraisal of property values.
If you were concerned that you and your neighbors were not doing enough to
support the government schools, you can thank Bob Riley for these annual
tax increases coming without a vote of the people or the Legislature.
Added also to the list of people responsible for the Riley Tax Plan was
then Alabama Finance Director Drayton Nabors. Drayton Nabors was the
responsible official for the Billion Dollar Bob Tax Plan, and was rewarded
for his loyal service to the governor by his appointment to the Chief
Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court.
A Reaganite Gone Wrong - Gov. Riley's massive tax increase.
When Republican Bob Riley narrowly unseated Democrat Governor Don
Siegelman in the 2002 election, a massive tax increase on Alabama's
citizens is the last thing most conservatives expected from the new
governor. But that's exactly what Gov. Riley delivered.
Gov. Riley, as voters in Alabama know, is a man who constantly pays
homage to Ronald Reagan. And it was Reagan who understood, and warned
against, the mantra of big-government: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps
moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it. But rather than
heed this warning, Gov. Riley is embracing it.
Riley's reform effort, known as "The Plan to Invest in Alabama's
Future," consists of 20 separate bills amounting to a $1.2 billion tax
increase. Riley's plan is nothing if not ambitious, as it contains tax
increases on nearly every sector of the economy: income taxes would
increase, as would taxes on property, cigarettes, cars, labor, paper
wealth (stocks, bonds, mortgages, and deeds), and corporations. Riley's
stated goals are to pour money into Alabama's beleaguered educational
system, bring progressively to the state's tax code, and cure what he
calls the "worst fiscal crisis since the days of the Great Depression."

4. Republican Assembly. The conservative wing of the Republican
Party needs your help to throw out the liberal incumbents, who have raised

Improve our society, replace liberals with conservative Republicans. When
in doubt, vote them out. Read more at:
